I have created this course to help individuals learn to be more mindful in their day to day lives. Mindfulness doesn't always come easily to people who may not have a great deal of experience in the practice. This 8 week course aims to teach you how to be mindful through the use of the main 5 senses. I take you back to basics and help you practice mindfulness through sound, sight, touch, taste and smell. When you can be mindful of your senses, your daily mindfulness practice will become a much easier task.
